   2. I went through this process when thinking about building “Liberator, Urza's Battlethopter” I kinda felt overwhelmed, and so decided to break the process down into Lands and then think about other cards in the 99 at a later time.

   3. I went through ALL the lands that could be played, and got it down to 138 I would consider playing, and then got it all the way down to the 37 lands you see below.
