    2. I went through this process when thinking about building “Liberator, Urza's Battlethopter” I kinda felt overwhelmed, and so decided to break the process down into Lands and then think about other cards in the 99 at a later time.

    2. The Amenities 

      1. Clean

      2. Friendly (knowledgeable if possible) staff

      3. Good singles selection (a fine line)

        1. Preferably having cards on display or in binders to peruse.

      4. Online ordering that is up to date.

      5. Good snacks

        1. Diabetic friendly snacks

        2. Good selection of drinks

      6. Will not tolerate abusive customers. 

        1. Abusive language and behavior toward other customers / players

        2. Toxic masculinity

        3. Sexism

        4. Inappropriate playmats and/or card sleeves

      7. Lots of MTG type accessories

      8. Tables for play

        1. Well spaced

      9. Curbside pickup during the pandemic

      10. Board games to try before you buy

          1. A ladder you climb by upgrading cards where you can earn gold, credits, tokens, new cards, and various other aesthetics

          1. Your rank rises by how many cubes you earn from games. 
          2. As you rise in rank you can get gold, variants, or credits.
          3. Resets every Season
  • Season Ladder: 
          1. Gives you a new card every month and you gain gold, tokens, boosters, variants, and other aesthetics.
  • Weekly Challenge
          1. Earned by completing quests. 
          2. Earns Gold, Tokens, Seasonal Ladder Points
  • Decks
        1. I personally love the dynamic deck building this game offers. 
        2. You don’t have to have an optimal deck to win
        3. Multiple versions of the same deck (IE. Aggro Sera Surfer vs Control)
        4. The meta changes Monthly, at a minimum every month, but there are also Hot and Featured locations
          1. Hot locations are in 60% of games and appear for a 24 hour window
          2. Featured locations are in 40% of games, and appear for a 48 hour window
  • Collecting New cards
        1. This is the funnest part of the game, and seeing yoru collection grow is pretty satisfying, and something I think most Magic players would enjoy (It’s kinda like opening a booster, but guaranteed to get new cards only)
